Hotel Amelie

After three flights (Winnipeg to Toronto, then Halifax, and Paris) we finally arrived. We took the train from the Charles De Gaul airport to downtown Paris.

We booked a room at Hotel Amelie (remember the movie?) on Rue Amelie. It is a small boutique hotel in the 7th Arrondissement near the heart of Paris. Good view of the Eiffel Tour on our walk to the hotel.

We had a quick nap then walked around the area. Love the small shops - cafes, butcher, baker, florist and green grocer.
